The famous question goes:
"If the game is 70% mental, how much time do you devote to improving your mental game?"
The actual percentage of the game is both varied and irrelevant. Your sport will require a great degree of mental strength and clear thinking; so, how much of your training is improving your thinking, decision making, confidence, concentration, focus, emotion control, or any of the other aspects that make up the mental game?
